Standard delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
• Australia & Canada: 12–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–25 business days

During peak Halloween season (September–October), please allow an additional 3–5 days.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout, displayed based on your location.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note: personalised or custom items are non-returnable.

Email us at hello@obsidaro.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you full instructions within 24 hours. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible — no interrogation, no hassle.

We take great care in packing every order. If something does arrive damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and send the images to hello@obsidaro.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

Yes. Our LED Bat String Lights are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in dry conditions. They are low-heat LED so safe around fabrics and decorations. We recommend bringing them inside during heavy rain.

Yes — our iron and resin candle holders are designed for standard taper and pillar candles. We recommend using them with dripless candles for the best experience. Never leave burning candles unattended.

Wipe resin and iron pieces with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Store fabric items (witch hats, velvet pieces) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve colour. Most items are display-grade — treat them like the luxury décor they are.

We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfilment system and we are unable to make changes. Please email hello@obsidaro.com immediately if you need to amend an order.

All Obsidaro orders are shipped in our signature dark packaging — black boxes with gold tissue and a branded insert card. It's already gift-ready. For a personalised gift message, leave a note at checkout and we'll include it.
